MAKE IT YOUR RITUAL
A moment
with Rooted.
Take a quiet breath. Feel your feet on the ground and set an intention to move through your day with steadiness.
“I am grounded. I am steady. I trust my inner strength.”
A personal intention, not a promise of a particular outcome. Follow the safety instructions supplied with your candle.
