This policy explains how Aziar’s Secret handles information collected through this website and the follow-up to your enquiries, Reiki appointments and candle orders. Questions or preferences? Contact Raiza using the details at the end of this page.
Information you share with us
Our forms collect your name, email address and, where requested or provided, phone number. We also receive the message, interests, appointment preferences or other notes you choose to share. Booking records include the service, date, time, price and appointment status. Candle requests include the products, sizes, quantities, sample-set contents, quoted prices and tax, any promo code, and your collection, delivery and gift-wrapping preferences.
Please do not include payment-card details, Social Security numbers or sensitive medical information in these forms, emails or text messages. This website currently saves order requests and reservations; it does not collect online payments or card details. Payment and fulfilment are arranged personally with Raiza.
How we use your information
We use these details to answer your questions, arrange and manage appointments, handle changes or cancellations, and help with candle purchases, availability, collection, delivery and payment arrangements. We also use booking and order records to provide customer support, keep business records and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.
Email and SMS follow-up
Raiza may use the email address or mobile number you provide to contact you personally about your enquiry, appointment or candle order. This can include answering a question, confirming details, discussing a schedule change, or arranging an order you have requested. Message frequency depends on your request; your carrier’s message and data rates may apply to SMS messages.
Submitting a booking, contact or order form does not subscribe you to promotional emails or texts about sales, discounts or events. Any marketing messages require a separate opt-in, with an explanation of the messages you would receive. Marketing consent is not a condition of buying a candle or booking a session.
The website does not currently send automated confirmation emails, SMS reminders or marketing campaigns. Your booking confirmation and private management link appear on screen after a successful reservation. Please save that link.
You can tell Raiza your preferred contact method in your note or by contacting us. To stop texts, reply STOP or otherwise ask us to stop texting; you can also email or call us. To stop emails, reply to the email or contact us using the details below. These requests are handled personally, not by an automated website subscription system. You can still contact us directly for help with an appointment or order.
Website storage and visit counts
Your shopping bag is saved in your browser’s local storage so its contents can remain when you return on the same device. The site may also save a bag-update notice there. When you open a private booking link, its access token is saved in that tab’s session storage to let you manage the appointment. You can clear this information in your browser’s site-data settings. Doing so does not delete a booking or order already submitted to us.
The owner login uses a session cookie to keep authorized owners signed in. Sign-in security checks also use a hashed identifier derived from the connecting IP address to limit repeated login attempts.
We count visits to public pages to understand which parts of the site are being used. The site’s visit-count records store the date, a general page category and a count—not your name, contact details, IP address, private booking link, search parameters or a visitor profile. This counter does not use tracking cookies and skips counting when the browser sends a supported Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. The hosting service may separately process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to operate and protect the website.
Who can access information
Booking, enquiry and order information is stored in our hosted database and made available through authorized studio-management tools. Service providers that operate the site and store its data, including Vercel and Neon, process information as part of providing those services. Email and phone providers also process communications when you contact us or we reply. Information may need to be disclosed to meet legal obligations or respond to a lawful request.
The website does not send your submitted contact details to advertising networks or enroll you in another business’s marketing. Links to Instagram, Facebook or other external services take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.
Keeping your booking link private
Anyone with your private management link can access your appointment details and may be able to reschedule or cancel it. The calendar file you choose to download also includes that link. Keep the link and calendar file private, and contact Raiza if you believe they have been shared unintentionally. Owner sign-in and private access links limit access, but no website or communication method can guarantee absolute security.
Keeping records and your choices
Records are not automatically deleted when an appointment date passes or an order is completed. How long information is kept depends on the request, ongoing customer support, business and legal record-keeping needs, and any dispute or security issue. Contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have provided. We may need to verify your identity and retain some information for those purposes; we will explain any limits that apply to your request.
You may choose not to submit a form or to leave optional fields blank. Without the details needed to respond or reserve a session, we may not be able to complete your request. You can contact Raiza directly to discuss another way to arrange it.
